What are my options to make my payment?


Pay Online


By Phone:

You have two quick and easy options to make your payment by phone. Call 855-894-2988 and either use our automated payment system or use the assistance of a Customer Account Representative.


By Auto Withdrawal:

Sierra’s AutoPay allows you to set up recurring automatic deductions from your bank account to pay your monthly payment with no fee. Print out the Authorization Form, complete it and send back to us at: Sierra Auto Finance P.O. Box 204048 Dallas, TX 75320. You can also call us toll free at 855-894-2988 and have a form sent out to you.


MoneyGram Express Payment:

We accept payments using MoneyGram Express. Our Biller Code is 13903. Please note that clicking on this link will take you to MoneyGram's website.


By Mail:

If you wish to send a payment in the form of a personal check, cashier’s check, or money order via regular mail, please send it to:

What are Sierra's hours of operation?

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Central Time Zone.

Will funds be drafted from my account the day they are received?

Payments made before 4:00 PM Central Time (excluding weekends and holidays) will generally post to your account the same day. Payments made after 4:00 PM Central Time will post to your account the following business day. Your bank may not reflect the debited funds from your account for up to 48 hours.

May I skip a payment?

As specified in your Retail Installment Contract, you must make timely payments each month. If you believe you cannot make your monthly payment on time, please contact a Customer Account Representative immediately. We may be able to help. May I change my payment due date?

If your account is current, you may request a due date change of up to 21 days from the original due date. Please note that a due date change is permanent. Please call a Customer Account Representative at 855-894-2988.
